Gently combine the first five ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Whisk the juice from 2 limes and 1 lemon with the apple cider
vinegar. Gently combine dressing with the mango, jicama and
avocado mixture and sprinkle with salt to taste. Let sit for 10
minutes and serve as a salad or with chips as a salsa.

2 mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
1 large jicama, diced
1 large avocado, diced
5 radishes, thinly sliced
½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
2 limes
1 lemon
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
