Blankets by Craig Thompson is certainly up there. I read that pretty regularly.

Bone: The One Volume Edition by Jeff Smith would be a contender, as well.

Kingdom Come (Absolute Edition) by Mark Waid and Alex Ross.

Peter Parker: Spider-Man #75 by Mackie/Romita, Jr./Hannah is a single issue that I love pretty heavily.
