Congratulations to our Jobvite customers who were recently recognized for their exceptional candidate experiences!

Last week The Talent Board, the first non-profit research organization focused on promoting quality candidate experiences, announced their 2020 Global Candidate Experience Award (CandE) recipients – and a number of Jobvite customers came out on top.

The CandE Award recognizes companies with the highest positive candidate ratings through benchmark research. Winners are chosen based on two rounds of multi-dimensional surveys: The first completed by each company’s recruiting team regarding their processes and practices.  The second, and most important, completed by a random sampling of candidates themselves, with feedback about their experiences from pre-application to onboarding (if hired).
