Weekend Links: Health & Wellness Edition
by Aimee
It feels a bit strange not to start the year with a benediction for whole living or a staunch list of my health resolutions, but truth be told, my eating habits don’t change much from year to year.
Sure I always restock my pantry with whole foods and make an effort to reinvent the lunch box, but I’m more interested in maintaining common sense eating for wellness rather than diets. Seasonal. Sustainable. Made from scratch. That sort of thing.
I’m also recipe testing for a cookbook, so I may be loading up on maple syrup or cheesecake while the rest of you are digging into salads. There’s also that.
Still, my goal is always to inspire, and so if a handful of you are looking for help to start fresh or cleanse, I’ve got a great list of links for you this weekend.
